B Craving salt air

After a break weekend in Miami (as many saw on my Instagram) followed by high heat in the city, I am seriously craving some beach time. With our Delaware beach house just a few hours away I am hoping I can escape for some quick time this summer. I am already preparing for what most likely be an impromptu trip with the new purchase of two swimsuits (on SALE) from Anthropologie. I had my eye on this one for a long while and couldn't resist when the last one available was in my size and the green was a must.

There's not much you need at the beach besides your suit, flip flops and a good book. Afterall when it comes to my hair, the salt air does all the work.

B Covered: Hair sun prep

This last weekend I finally got to take some time to soak up the sun. But unfortunately that means an awful week for my hair. When the weather changes we can all feel it. Before another quick trip to Miami this weekend I am stocking up on some products/tools to help my hair throughout this summer weather.

B Spills: Lets catch up

It was if I blinked and a month went by since my last post. Blogging is something that I miss when I can't find the time or am too overwhelmed to create. Not going to give excuses but just some updates on where I've been so that we can catch up.

Bought these beauties and can't kick them off. Best casual purchase for Summer.

The new little man in my life, my nephew Mason Sterner. I'm a very proud aunt as this is now my favorite new site.

Began and finished the first season of Scandal. Have you seen it? 

New find via Nordstrom Rack. It's a good feeling.

B Needed: Coral & Neon

My nail polish collection has been neglected lately. I am disappointed in myself that my cabinet isn't over flooding with new colors (regardless of that huge collection still in Seattle). Looking for something new to compliment spray tans to come. Neon and coral is just what I need on hands or toes. Ladies, I think we found this season's nail must have.

B Collaged: iPhone covered in Instagram

It’s been over a month since I had a cover on my iPhone, it ended up being a waste of money because I would get bored before it’s month time of wear. Instagram has become my new social addiction (aside from Pinterest) but it’s beginning to be a game to get more likes on the next photo from the last. Trying new angles and choosing the perfect filter to make it that much better.

Insert Casetagram, where you can take your new obsession and cover what started it all, your iPhone. Choosing photos that were personal to me from Seattle skylines, inspirational quotes, handholding or my favorite shoes has given my iPhone a new angle.

There are multiple layouts and endless amount of possibilities to highlight your favorite shots. In social media, I am bombarded with new ideas grabbing onto Instagram world but this one has stuck with me. What have you done with your Instagram photos?
