When October hit all I could think about is Pumpkin. Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte was formally announced though many of us were drinking them way before. All I wanted was pumpkin so I decided to bake my first cheesecake from scratch with what else than pumpkin. The recipe was so easy and basically fool proof. Cheesecakes need time to sit though in the fridge so be sure to give yourself enough time before an event. Mine was a success last night and thankfully is already gone out of my house because I could go for a piece right now.
